When we hold tightly we prevent the next moment from flowing freely into whatever it might be. We block
the natural openness of each moment. We block the mystery.
So much of this effort and struggle can be softened... in our minds, our hearts,
and our bodies... if we hold it all a little less tightly. If we choose, instead, to hold
it lightly.
In my practice and in my teaching, I learn from you about your experience and
your process, then combine that understanding with my own training and intuition
to travel with you on a road of healing and growth. Together, we will work to stay open to the mystery and
the possibilities it holds for wholeness and for peace.

Holding things lightly is an essential piece of true healing.
In our daily lives we cause ourselves physical, emotional and spiritual suffering by holding tightly to what we
think, feel and experience. We close around ideas, emotions and sensations to keep them safe or to make them
continue or we push them away to avoid them. All in an exhausting attempt to control what happens around
us and inside us.
